UFA Status

we decided to keep the same system... for now. We'll have to test our system first and see how it really works, especially for teams trying to get players via free agency on July 1st. The only way to test it is to wait till summer 2014 when all the 3 year contracts we initially gave to the 24 to 35 yo players will expire. Then if it's conclusive, if players are cycling around, we'll keep it, if it doesn't work we'll find something else like the system proposed on the portal where a team might not get the occasion to make an offer to a player. Of course, each team couldn't see more than 2 or 3 players say "no" to negotiations. We could have a little get together with a few GMs, having a beer and roll the dices to determine which UFAs will negotiate or not with his team.

If we have to get there, it'll be discussed again with you guys so we can find something everybody's ok with (If possible). won't be before summer 2014.
